Letter To Beis Din

At the end of last week it became clear - to all that were following the B”D proceedings carefully - that we were gravely misled over the past 8 years. We were led to believe that the B”D had sympathy for us and understood that we were entitled to a serious portion of the Bobov assets.

It is no secret by now that we instructed Dayan Berger not to participate in the last three B”D proceedings that were previously scheduled for Thursday, yesterday and today. After being misled and having lost trust in the B”D, the obvious strategy for now is to refocus our energy in finding a better path to move forward.

Below is the letter that our Toyen Simcha Roth sent to the B”D. Let’s hope that if and when the B”D reconvenes we will have better and more appropriate news to report.

After a difficult week, This Shabbos let's be mechasik each other and be mechasik the Rebbe Shlit"a and the Ruv Shlit"a.

We will show them support by coming to davening and by attending Tish.

I just confirmed that the rumor that Dayan Berger left to England is not true. 

He confirmed to the Beis Din that he will be at the B"D session Sunday morning as was previously planned.

I can also confirm that Berger is still confident that we will get at least one building, plus 25 to 30 million. 

The shock and surprise will just make it more painful for them.

Just wait and see!

Unbelievable how the 48th streeters are spinning this Psak.

We canceled the Beis Din today, not because we are loosing. there were a few options that needed to be decided.

All of a sudden, these looser 48 streeters are screaming WE Won We Won.

they were the ones saying that we will not be Bobov. How did that go?

We will iy"h get lots of money from them... stay tuned

R' Itche Berger Says not to worry. He has it under control.

He knows what he is doing. By Klousenberg Din Torah the same thing happened. And in the end he Won!!!
