At the end of last week it became clear - to all that were
following the B”D proceedings carefully - that we were gravely misled over the
past 8 years. We were led to believe that the B”D had sympathy for us and
understood that we were entitled to a serious portion of the Bobov assets.
It is no secret by now that we instructed Dayan Berger not
to participate in the last three B”D proceedings that were previously scheduled
for Thursday, yesterday and today. After being misled and having lost trust in
the B”D, the obvious strategy for now is to refocus our energy in finding a
better path to move forward.
What losers I didn't know this Doth guy in still involved, I davin with him every morning far from the brightest person out their, not shocked they lost

ReplyDeleteI heard that according to the arbitration agreement the Beis Din automatically resolves after 10 years?
ReplyDeleteYou give lip service to the whole notion of a beis din. If it goes your way, fine. If not, you cry foul. Sure it would be the same for the other side. Find a new BD until you get what you want. Deep down you care nothing about halachic procedure and are only interested in being on the winning side. What a bunch of hypocrites. Disgusting.

ReplyDeleteI'm confused. So you guys were really expecting to get 25 million? After literally all 10 temporary rulings from the B"D over the years went against your side you still had the confidence that you would win, then why give up now?

I say: double down. Don't despair. Don't admit to being a fool for 8 years straight. You couldn't have been this wrong. Berger must have had some basis for his confidence. Come on! Show us. Come back and get the money you always knew you were going to get! you can do it! Don't run! Don't hide. This is your moment. You worked too hard for this to give up now.
We are counting on that Kartchiner confidence to last just a bit longer. Please don't disappoint.
Now they say that it was a mistake to hire Berger as the borer, I agree. Before they said tzvi arye and mendel gross was a mistake, I agree. Duetch wasn't even a good choice to begin with they just needed his money, I agree. Babad is corrupt so hes a mistake and zeltenreich is related to dayan (so is he related to other side as well) so hes again a mistake. How about your whole side is one big total mistake???
